Application process

To access the electronic application, the beneficiary (parent or trainee) must use the username and password provided to them by the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) for its TAXISnet electronic services. Entering these access credentials serves as an official declaration of consent to the cross-referencing of your data.

The applicant is required to complete the following fields in the application:
a) The trainee's Social Security Number (AMKA)
b) The Tax Registration Number (AFM) of the trainee and the other parent, if the beneficiary is the parent. If the trainee is the beneficiary, they must only declare the AFM of their spouse (if applicable).
c) The number of the electronic lease agreement
d) Their bank account number (IBAN), father's name, mother's name, Tax Office (DOY), and contact information (telephone, e-mail).

In the case of a trainee who co-resided with another trainee of a public S.A.E.K. during the academic year of the application, the applicant must also provide the following information for the co-residing trainee:
a) The AMKA of the co-residing trainee
b) The Tax Registration Number (AFM) of the co-residing trainee
c) The Tax Registration Number (AFM) of the person as declared in the co-residing trainee's lease agreement.

The final submission of the application constitutes a solemn declaration by the beneficiary that all declared data submitted for processing is true and correct.
